Cornish Yarg

I don't believe the Grays ever claimed to have invented Cornish Yarg. According to Wikipedia, they "gave the recipe to Lynher Dairies [a commercial producer] in the 1970s. Lynher Dairies work from a recipe by Gervase Markham dated to 1615. The original recipe is thought to date back to the 13th century."
